  • Phoenix February 2018 filers

Is this only happening to me here in Phoenix, AZ?

    2-20-18 USCIS accepted my fingerprints
3-21-18 USCIS received my response to RFE for I-485. NBC working on case
7-30-18 USCIS sent request for Initial evidence for I-485. NBC working on case
8-9-18 USCIS received response to RFE for I-485. NBC working on case
8-14-18 USCIS ordered new card – I765 EAD

      Thank you for responding.

Well I hope in comes in soon. I always thought it would be a bit faster because Im in category IR-5. From what I understand, and I might be wrong but the married process is going quicker then the US cititzen child sponsering a parent. Is this true?
