L1B Individual applying after B1/B2 rejections

Hi I am applying for L1B Individual Visa in 2019, my B1 was rejected in '17 and '18. Would that impact my case. Never been to US or outside India.

No impact, each visa type has different basic requirement - you might not be fit for an B1, but can certainly hold specialized knowledge which is good to get L1B.
