Hi,
My fiance is going for the interview next month in Mumbai. I need to know that will they return back the original documents like the Birth Certificate Affidavit and also Non-Availability letters from BMC etc... since, we need to have that for I485 Adjustment of Status. So, when she is going for the interview she needs to take all this with her, so after the interview will they give it back? If not how will we be able to provide all this documents during I485 adjustment of status time. Please, let me know as I am worried if they keep it.
