Do I need to give biometrics again for Travel Document

Hi,

I was granted asylum recently. I'd like to travel to Europe to visit some friends. I know that I have to fill I-131 to get a Travel Document, but do I have to give biometrics again and pay $85? I already gave fingerprints in Dec. 2017 as part of my aslyum application.
