How Soon After I Start Work With My Green Card Sponsor Can I Switch Jobs?

Hello. I received my greencard through EB-3 (professional) employment based sponsorship. I was supposed to join company AFTER getting greencard. Therefore upon receiving GC, I relocated and am currently working for the company that sponsored me. I have been working for this employer for 3 weeks and unfortunately due to losing contracts, my employer?s position is weak. Because of the demanding field that I am in (engineering), I was able to get another job offer quickly. I wanted to know how long do I have to keep working for my current employer who has sponsored me for the greencard so as to not have problems later when applying for citizenship? Is there a base required period such as 3 months, 6 months, etc? Will my citizenship be impacted if I get laid off? Thank you in advance.
