Need advice: Filed 2017 US tax with ITIN instead of SSN

Dear friends,
I'm married and filed my 2017 tax under "married/filling jointly".
By mistake, my tax filing company filed my 2017 tax returns with my spouse's ITIN even though she got her SSN long back.
I just found when they were preparing my 2018 tax returns.

Question: What should I do for 2017 tax returns?
