Chances of Employment based green card for South African citizen with Btech degree

Hello

I have a relative in south africa who has a B.Com degree from India and is pursuing her B.Tech in Taxation (1 year course) in Durban, South Africa. She has no work experience. What shall be her employment chances in the USA straight after her Btech degree completion and does she have any chances of green card sponsorship by any of the companies here ? Does she have any employment options at all in the USA or is it advisable to do a Master's ?
