Entry with F4 visa as Minor. Details for getting married

I had entered United States with F4 Visa/Green card as Minor since I was less than 21 years. Now I am 28 and about to get married. What are the implications of me having a minor F4 visa and what is the process to bring my wife to the States.

There are no implications. You would have to petition your spouse to immigrate after the marriage, by filing I-130. The spouse of a permanent resident is in the F2A category, which has a wait for visa numbers of around 2 years. (If you have become a US citizen, then your spouse would be in the Immediate Relative category, with no wait for visa numbers.)
