I graduated in December 2017 with Master's in Data Science and Business Analytics. I have recently applied for STEM OPT extension with USCIS and received RFE.
RFE has the following points:
--Your form I-20 states that you pursued degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods,Other.
--The copy of your diploma you submitted stated you obtained your master's degree in Data Science and Business Analytics.
--Submit a copy of your diploma and transcripts issued by your institution indicating the date of graduation and the level and program of degree conferred
--Please explain the discrepancy between your pursued degree listed on your form I-20 and degree conferred upon on your copy of diploma.
My Master's have a CIP code: 52.1399 which is management sciences and quant. methods, other.
Please advise how to proceed with the reply and any attorney suggestion for consultation? I do not have any experience in replying to RFE nor know the template.
