I-751 Your card has produced. HELP

Hello everyone,

I got this notification from USCIS today:

February 7, 2019
New Card Is Being Produced
On February 07, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC...., and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address

So how long it takes to receive the card?

And will they call me and my wife for interview before I receive the card?

There is no tracking number at all...

If you received a notification about new card is being produced that means they waived your interview. When did you submitted your I-751 form? and from what state are you located? I am about to submit my application for removal of condition nextweek.

Waive? Just waive, is that all? any spesific date you know that i can get my card?

To your questions, i have applied in JULY 2017 from Florida. It takes a long time but not idea about your case.
