Countries to avoid whilst travelling abroad that may impact permanent residence

Hi,

I'm an Australian citizen with a green card, which I received in December last year.

I enjoy travelling and was wondering if there is a list of countries immigration frown upon when re-entering? I'll obviously be travelling on my Australian passport but I'm assuming I would reenter with both my AUS passport and green card?
