GC processing in EB1 for H1B holder

Hi,

I am having 14 years of experience in Embedded domain, in my last job I worked as project manager in US, now I am working as supervisor with 4 direct reporters.
My current company filed GC in EB2 category, last year I received my approved I140.

My organization having manager position in India, I am planning to opt manager role in India and work for couple of years as manager and return to US as manager.

Now my question is after moving to US, whether I will be eligible for EB1C or not?

If you meet the requirements for EB1C you will be eligible viz., your previous history w.r.to GC filings, etc., does not matter.
