Needing Guidance on which Visa to choose

Hi there guys, I'm a US Citizen and my fiance is a Canadian citizen. We're planning on getting married in Canada in October 2020 and we have plans for her to come down here to be with me some time after. We never really looked at how much work it would take to get her here. I'm so lost in figuring out which visa to look at.

Does anyone have any suggestions on which visa to look at?
Do we need to meet with anyone from the embassy before getting married to talk about this? If so, what are some questions we could ask?
