Hi guys,
So here is my case.
1. AUS Citizen since 2016
2. Currently living in my own home in Melbourne.
3. Have Elder brother living in Melb.
4. Recently Divorced (Aug 2018).
5. Have reasonable amount of savings.
6. 4 year Bachelors Degree ( Got the degree equivalency done from Trustforte )
I have got an offer from company in USA and they are waiting for the LCA approval.
I was going through the DS160 form and set my status as "Divorced" and I see later on that I have put all details of my ex wife along withe timeline of the marriage. That is fine with me as I have the divorce certificates with me and I can show it.
I am gong to declare everything and will bring all the documents to the E3 visa interview.
My question is, although E3 is a work visa, Will the divorce effect my visa application in any way?
Also is there anything else I need to be aware of?
