Hi, I am moving to the US under a L1A Visa, but my daughter is over 21 and cannot apply under my blanket.
She is currently a student in second year at the Rangsit University in Bangkok and I would like her to transfer to a University in the US. We just received the I-20 from the University but I wonder how we can demonstrate for the F1 Visa application strong tie to her home country given that both parents will be leaving in the US.
Do you recommend anything for this type of situation? I will be her guarantor for her Visa.
