Any experience with EAD auto extension?

I'm waiting for my notice in the mail, they received my extension application, and the update said fingerprint check was completed.

Does the recepit notice detail that you have been given a 6 month extension? Is there anything documneted that says this? My drivers license expires based on my EAD expiry

Any expereince would be appreciated

the receipt notice will state the following:



I forwarded this to my employer and that was sufficient.
I do have to go get my DL renewed, just like you. But in Virginia proof of doing AOS is sufficient.
They copy all the paperwork and then send it to DMV HQ to verify, i then go back and get my 6 month license at full price of course
