Greetings wise members. I had married . My wife has a pending asylum case. We recently find out, that she can add me as a spouse.( no interview yet ) I legally entered with J1 in 2009. My i-94 says D/S.
Questions
1 - Is she able to add me as dependent so i will get legal status ?
2. Can uscics deny to include me in her case.?
3. If she wins, will i get status as well. ( Will i face any grounds of inadmissibility because of overstay j1, if yes, is waiver available ?).
