Hello All,
I have been continuously reading all the threads and they have really helped me. I appeared for my 1st H1b visa stamping in delhi and got 221g blue slip where I was asked to submit the general documents like my I797 letter, petition copy, H1 approval, employer's federal tax returns, my contract copy. I have all the docs except last 2 years tax returns of my employer as they do not want to show these confidential documents. So I should make my lawyer write a letter about it to USCIS or I can submit all the documents without tax returns? Is anyone else in the same boat? Please share your opinion ans experience.
