  • From Conditional GC to 10 Year GC

    Hello,

I have received my conditional GC in November of 2017. I just need some guidance on what the next steps are. I recall that the form I-751 needed to be filled out and more proof of the marriage needed to be sent 120 days before the day the conditional GC expires but I was already corrected that it is actually 90 days.

Has anyone gone through this process already? I need to fill out the I-751 form and provide proof that the marriage continued during the time ( 2 years ) and what else? I am trying to get prepared and I want to make sure that any vacation my husband and I plan won't interfere with this process.

    Thank you!
