Why do you need a NOC now? Does the govt of Tamil Nadu need one for every employee that travels overseas?

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h1-visa-faq.html

    There must be some misunderstanding.

    There is no such thing.

If she is staying in the U.S., no objection from who?
