non US citizen opening a business questions

I would like to know if there is any kind of info provided for a Non US Citizen that would like to open a business in the USA.

If not and you would say "Consult a lawyer" could you link me to a website of such lawyer that i could ask him directly via Email please.

You are better of finding one on your own based on your specific requirements, amount of investment, locale etc.
