Hello,
I am on F1 OPT Status and will be filing my H1 in coming March through a Consultant. I am planning to open a IT Consulting firm. I am aware of thte fact that i am not supposed to work for the company. I have the following questions.
1. Can i open a LLC?
2. As i cannot run the company, i need to hire a person to manage the company. Should thatt person be legally employed in US or can i hire someone from India who work in US timings and take care of all the company issues.
3. I am planning to register the company in next few weeks - Even registering the company will also come under the Working for that company?? Should the registration should be done by someother person on my name? or can i do it myself?
I would highly appreciate if someone can help me on this.
