Hi Friends,

I am working as an 'Assitant Manager HR' in India in an ITES (Engineering Design Industry) with a work experience of 7 rs.

I am a post graduate in Psychology. I wish to enroll for a PhD program with US University.

Can anyone help me with the essesntial information...
