Opt + inter + India
Hi All,
I am on my OPT from the month of feb 2009 and it has been 3 months so,I have just submitted employers ...information whr in I should as I am working as an unpaid intern .So can I go to India for abt 3 months and come back and search for the job and will thr be any problem while coming back ...bec I will be having a letter but which will be as an unpaid inter ...so
1) I wont be having any paystubs
2)Because its unpaid ,so will they say anything while entering.
