question Regarding E-Verify

Hi One of my friend is on OPT and was switching job from one company to the Other.

In the New company which he was joining he has done all his I-9 Clarence and was registering for E-verify program from the new company, where he had a Query stating " DHS Tentative Non Conformation" from DHS(Dept of Homeland Security).
Could any one brief us how can we get out of this problem ?

we are unsure what is the problem actually and could anyone help us to get out of this situation it would be a great help

E-verify should generate an appeal request after tentative non-confirmation. The employee has to call the number given on that appeal request and explain his work authorization.
