I am currently in Germany doing my internship as part of my coursework. I have a job offer and I have to start work in December 09 after my graduation (im am on F1 visa). I cannot come to the USA before December 09. So I want to apply for my EAD from Germany. So can I fly back to USA get an I-94 send out my application and leave USA all in a span of 2-3 days. Will there be any issue if I do this?
