Hi, I have a a teaching job with a state University and have applied for OPT for this. Given the currently timelines I don't think that I will receive the EAD approval by 10th of August which is my start date. This does not have major financial difficulty, but will create substantial scheduling and other teaching related difficulties at the university. Can this be a reason to request expediting?
