Returning to the US after 5+ months on OPT/STEM OPT
As you may know by now, ICE has made amendments to the 5-month rule.
I have been outside the US for over 5 months now. I received the OK from my international office, which is the same advice schools such as CMU and BU are giving but is contrary to what some other schools such as MIT are advising its students. Am I running any risks here?
