I recently saw job listings that mention using tools like ATMs NearMe to find local on campus or nearby part time work quickly. I’m currently on F1 and applying for OPT or CPT. Before exploring these opportunities, does anyone know if using location based job search tools has any impact on OPT CPT regulations, SEVIS, or documentation requirements?

Could it affect reporting to the DSO or USCIS? Also, are there better ways to find legitimate OPT CPT employers near me?

Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.
