    Am I eligible for CAP GAP

    Hi all,

    I'm on my OPT status (stem extension) which will expire on June 21. I do have h1b approval (I-797 C) valid till Aug 2012. In this case Am I eligible to apply for CAP GAP?

    Please help me.
