I have recently graduated from my masters degree and applied for OPT. But it was denied due to a check bounce, which I am unlucky cause the bank's system locked my account by mistake. Then I applied for the OPT second time and it was also denied due to entering wrong amount on check. Now I have applied for the third time and also time limit to apply is also over. Is there any chance that I may get the OPT, in case not please suggest for any available alternatives.
