    MS + PhD and OPT

    Hello

    I was in PhD program in Electrical Engineering but now i have added Masters in Computer Science to my current PhD degree. My question though is would I be eligible for normal OPT of 36 months which one gets after completing masters in STEM or do i have to complete both MS and PhD so that i can apply for OPT.
