Rayb, I think you have great knowledge about traveling as well as traveling related issues. I am also a traveler and love to visit beautiful destination around the globe. These vacations I have plan to visit the beautiful country of India with my friends. I heard this country offers a wide range of incredible places to visit. Can you tell me about some famous attractions?

If the Adjustment procedure is pending for needed additional evidence, an Advance Parole is not considered valid. If she leaves and attempts to return on her B1 visa, and admits at the Port of Entry that her Permanent Resident status is in processing mode, she will have violated the terms of her B1 visa, which is that it cannot be used after "intent to immigrate" has been made.

for a status change I 485 for my mom who is on B1 visa. The case is now
pending, because of lack of birth certificate. My question Is would she
