Visa question with US passport and Indian Passport

Hi, I am recent US Naturalised citizen and still holding valid Indian Passport. I notice that OCI processing takes 4+ months and when I apply I have to renounce original Indian Passport at the time of application. I have an emergency and need to visit India. Can I travel with both the passports - will I have any problems? I am confused.

No, you can't.

You must wait until you get OCI or PIO or India visa.

Hi,
As for me it isn't a problem to do this while you still have the Indian passport. Am I mistaken?
