Travel to India with different last name on Indian passport and on my Green card

My last name(married name) has been changed on my Indian passport. I haven't yet changed my last name on my Green card (It is still the maiden name). I need to travel to India now. My ticket is booked with my new last name, which is on my new passport.Will I have problem with security, when I travel back from India to USA?
