Visa interview required or not
I have a stamped visa till Feb 1, 2018 and I94 till Feb 11, 2018.
I will travel to India for my sister's marriage in Nov 9, 2017 and will return on Dec10, 2017.My question is if I get H1B extension approval before Dec 10, 2017, do I have to go for Visa stamping again (considering I have visa till Feb 1, 2018) or I do not have to go for visa interview again.
