refund of ticket

please inform as to how to get the following refund:
i had booked ticket of kenya airways through a travel agency M/S J & S Travels p ltd New delhi in jan 2005 only one way mumbai nairobi lusaka was availed but the return ticket which was open was not availed and returned to the travel agency within the time period . the refund of the same has not been given till date tome.

please confirm how to go through this and get the refund.

You will have to either contact the travel agency or the airline.

As per my Knowledge, partially used tickets are non - refundable.
Either you have to use the return ticket before validity period which will be around 1 year or that ticket is useless.
