Minor traveling with otherthan parents

Hi,
We are planning to send our daughter with our family friends via Lufthansa...
Does anyone know if this will be any problem... ?
And anybody knows what kind of documents/proofs are needed to take along with her? While returning, would there any problem at the port of entry?
