I might be at the wrong place but maybe you can help I have purchased Visa AAA travelers checks and don't need them my bank don't know if their real how can I get them cashed.

I'm in W Central FL or do you know who I can contact

Go to another bank. Or show a proof of purchase from where you originally purhcased. Or return it to the place of original purchase.
