During the application process for my Green Card I have traveled outside the USA and safely returned on my I-512L Parole which expires on October 2nd 2008. I was advised in June that my application had been denied and my visa lawyer immediately appealed this decision within the 30 days and I understand the appeal will probably be determined within approximately two months.
My question is, can I travel outside the USA and be allowed to return still using the I-512lL Parole until the appeal has been determined?
I have two previous L1 visas in my passport but not one for the current period which expires in December 2009, as I have not been able to go to the US Embassy in London. I appreciate that should my appeal not be successful I shall need to go to the Embassy to have the visa placed in my passport.
