The situation is that I am on H1B, My wife is on H4, My mother is on Visitor's visa and my 6 month old son is a US citizen.
. What will happen if we all are traveling together from India to US with valid visas and because of some odd reason any/all are denied the entry to US at port of entry. What happens in terms of formalities then? How will the deport travel arrangements be done? Who will bear the return ticket cost for each individuals?
The reason I asked this question because currently my wife, son and mom are in India and I am planning to go there for a vacation. We all are planning to come back together. I just want to understand the way these things work. After all bad situations can happen any time.
