Need to TRAVEL to INDIA by April 1

Hello,

I need to travel to India from Atlanta for some medical reasons.

I do not have flu and overall healthy to travel.

I recently read on the Indian consulate website that visas are suspended till April 15. Link given below.

What should I do? I need to stay in India for around 45 days for medical treatment. Will not be travelling in India and stay in the medical facility.

Will I get quarantined for 14 days once I land in Delhi India.?
