I’m planning a trip to Niagara Falls and am trying to decide between Niagara City Cruises and Maid of the Mist. For anyone who has experienced both, which one would you recommend, and why? I’m mainly interested in the overall experience, views of the falls, boat ride duration, crowd levels, and value for money.

Is there a noticeable difference between the two, or are they fairly similar? I’d also appreciate advice on the best time of day to go and whether one offers better photo opportunities.
