Traveling to india when H1B is transfered

Hi,

I have a valid visa which expires next year, but i have Transfered my visa to new employer, so if i go to india should i have to do re-stamping for my new employer while coming back.Are else can i travel back only with valid new Petition file for my new employer and passport with my old stamping which has my old employer name on it. Again i have valid visa stamping till next year june.
