OCI for minor child born in India

Hi All,

I am UK citizen having OCI card. My wife is having Indian passport. My son is born in India and now I have received his British passport in India. Before travel to UK I want to apply his OCI card in India (Delhi). Can anyone who has done this already provide me document required or any checklist and guidance? Thanks for help in advance.
