Am I allowed back to UK form India with only 14 days UK skilled worker visa validity?

Please provide your suggestions/comments/experience on the below query.
Currently I am in UK, my BRP/Visa will expire on Jan 14th 2023. I have to go to India during second week of November, 2022 and will return back on Jan 2nd, 2023.
Once I come back to UK, my employer will submit for my visa extension with 'Home Office'.
Question: While coming back to UK, at immigration check will the UK immigration officer check, whether I have the valid UK visa ( in this case i will have 14 days validity) or is there any mandatory to have minimum validity period (such as one month or more than that)?
