I got Diversity Visa (Dv1) and my wife got (DV2) and both of our visas expire in December second. Currently I am in US but my wife still back home. she is still studying and can only come to USA for one day. my question is " if she come and enter the USA for 5 hours before the Visa expiration date and leaves .Is that gonna be a problem for her?.
