My girlfriend participated in DV2006 lottery. She has a meeting in embassy of USA scheduled on decembar 16th. My question is:
1. Do we need to get married before that date because I want to go also? or
2. After (when she gets her visa) and then to notify embassy about changing of satus (from unmarried to married).
What are the chances that if we change her status in 2 months that all visa numbers will be taken?
