Dear All,
I have a question and your help is really important.
I read several comments and I am confused.
I am following AOS for my DV lottery case. I have a J-1 visa and I managed to get rid of the 2 year rule. I have waiver for that and send along with my application package.
My program will end earlier than expected and my visa will expire at may 8, 2015 but I am still waiting for my case to turn into the "interview ready" status.
I mean, my case status still appears as fingerprint fee received and I am really worried. I did not get any interview letter or notification until now. (Bio-walking was April 8 )
What should I do?
is it okay if I wait until interview even after visa expired?
Should I change the process to CP and leave the country as soon as possible?
