Hello, I am a victim of the worst law in India the 498a which is being used by Indian women to harrass and torture their husbands by false Dowry accusations.
I want to get out of India and apply for refugee status in USa or Canada as I cannot face the torture and corruption in Indian Police and Judiciary. My parents, sister and brothers are also victims to false allegations by my wife.
I was recently in USA and want to go back and apply for refugee or Asylum as the case may be. Do tell me if this is possible ? I am a Hindu and false FIRs have been filed against us. Do help
If I enter Canada can I apply for refugee in USA ?
